Best solution for quality holiday = Posh Club in Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort.

The best thing about the whole stay Was ratio - quality of services/price. Also, our buttler Mina was ALWAYS avaliable (sometimes i was wondering when he sleeps?) and ready to help with every single request we had. The whole Posh Club section is the best solution for restful vacation. Highly recommend!

The cheeses could be better and also the selction of diners in the Posh Club, But inspite of that everything was spectacular. The best resort i ve ever been in

Paradise in Hurghada

Amazing property with the most beautiful landscaping. The best part for us was the service. Before we arrived, we got a welcome message from Mina and he was there waiting for us as we drove up to the hotel. Every minute from there on he provided us with first class service. I think the best we’ve ever experienced in any hotel. He made sure we knew everything about the hotel, the amenities and communicated with us every day making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we need. He treated us with the warmth you would get if you were staying at someone’s home. He is the main reason our stay at this property was so comfortable. Mina is so good at what he does he should be managing the hotel. All the other staff on the property were very helpful and friendly. The suite was very clean thanks to Sayed who was very attentive as well. The servers in all restaurants and bars were very efficient and kind.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Our stay at the resort was excellent. The suite was clean, spacious, and luxurious, with a beautiful view. The private beach was quiet, well-kept, and very relaxing. The posh club restaurant served amazing food with great service. Everything was organized perfectly, and we truly enjoyed every part of our experience. Special thanks to Mr. Mina for his outstanding help and attention throughout our stay.

The reserved cabana by the beach and our room was excellent. The concierge service was amazing - Mohamed looked after us so well! Our girls liked the aqua park next door which we could use for no charge. The Posh Club was lovely and they looked after us so well on our wedding anniversary! Although the hotel was fully booked it didn't seem like it - the pool was sometimes empty when we swam in it. We also enjoyed the White Party and the other entertainment such as the aqua fit and the aqua trampoline. All in all a great stay!

The WiFi was sometimes patchy.

Most relaxing stay in Hurghada

I went to Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort with my mom during her trip to Egypt and we both absolutely loved every second in it! Everything was perfect, from the food in the Turkish and Greek restaurants, to the buffet in the main restaurant until each bar present in the resort (great choice of fresh and original cocktails). The cleaning was impeccable and towels and bedsheets were always fresh - and the room service absolutely super fast and efficient. The pools were well maintained and cleaned and also the animation team was making every day special for everyone. Special mention to Mr Ahmed (manager on duty) who went above and beyond to accommodate every request and made our stay absolutely perfect, helping us in every possible way. This is a resort that I absolutely recommend to anyone, family and friends, with amazing environment-food-beach-comfort and I’ll definitely come back soon ️

Perfect family holiday at sucha lovely hotel! Definitely returning.

The hotel itself was absolutely stunning and completely immaculate. The staff cannot do enough for you, most of the time you do not even have to get off your lounger to get a drink. They were also brilliant with our son which makes so much difference! The food and drink were brilliant and plentiful.

The mattress in the room was quite hard so if you prefer a softer mattress it may feel uncomfortable, however, none of us had a problem sleeping. We were also given a room with a shower and we have a 2 year old that refused to go in it so we had to buy a paddling pool and put it in the shower (which was huge). It would have been nice to be have given an option for a bath or shower. Other than that, we absolutely loved the hotel and want to return next year!!

If you like sea side without corals then it’s the best place for you, lagoon protected on both sides from wind, always you can find free sun-beds. Stuff very friendly and polite.

Super pleasent, everything was on top level. Thank you every one !!

Fantastic personel, way above what we expected. Mohamed Ayed in reception had the ''we fix it'' atitud, nothing was impossible and all with a smile. Pool personel, towel guys, bartenders all around allways with a smile and a joke. Special mention for the Verstapen gang of the golf cart drivers, allways smiling and allways ready to carry guests at any time of night and day. The animation gang high fives, from 10 in the morning untill late at night, a few dance steps, some jokes made us feel sooo good!The soroundings,gardens/trees were like an exhibition with artistical personel who kept everything like they were preparing for a photo shoot. Room allways clean, the fridge was kept with plenty of water/drinks. Special high marks for restaurant events for New Year. We traveled around the world, been in restaurant business for 40+ years never seen such an exceptional display both quality wise and endless number of choices. Top restaurants Best Nr 1 Mediteranean close second 2 the main restaurant. Best pastry, they can win prizes even in France. Keep up the good work people!! We will return!!!!
