The reserved cabana by the beach and our room was excellent. The concierge service was amazing - Mohamed looked after us so well! Our girls liked the aqua park next door which we could use for no charge. The Posh Club was lovely and they looked after us so well on our wedding anniversary! Although the hotel was fully booked it didn't seem like it - the pool was sometimes empty when we swam in it. We also enjoyed the White Party and the other entertainment such as the aqua fit and the aqua trampoline. All in all a great stay!

The WiFi was sometimes patchy.

The fact that we had a butler to help and arrange everything. Mohamed was fantastic for us. We could contact him all the time and de would respond directly even in the middle of the night.

Super pleasent, everything was on top level. Thank you every one !!

Fantastic personel, way above what we expected. Mohamed Ayed in reception had the ''we fix it'' atitud, nothing was impossible and all with a smile. Pool personel, towel guys, bartenders all around allways with a smile and a joke. Special mention for the Verstapen gang of the golf cart drivers, allways smiling and allways ready to carry guests at any time of night and day. The animation gang high fives, from 10 in the morning untill late at night, a few dance steps, some jokes made us feel sooo good!The soroundings,gardens/trees were like an exhibition with artistical personel who kept everything like they were preparing for a photo shoot. Room allways clean, the fridge was kept with plenty of water/drinks. Special high marks for restaurant events for New Year. We traveled around the world, been in restaurant business for 40+ years never seen such an exceptional display both quality wise and endless number of choices. Top restaurants Best Nr 1 Mediteranean close second 2 the main restaurant. Best pastry, they can win prizes even in France. Keep up the good work people!! We will return!!!!

It is a chalenge for the other restaurants, Falucca,Indian to raise their game to the level required.

If you like sea side without corals then it’s the best place for you, lagoon protected on both sides from wind, always you can find free sun-beds. Stuff very friendly and polite.

Lovely week

Wonderful place to stay. People are very welcome and friendly. Everyone trying to do everything they can to make you feel like at home. They even made a surprise in a room for my partner because it was his birthday (and we didn't know anything about the upcoming surprise). We had a lovely Valentines day as well. We were competing in a couples game, was so fun and thoughtful. We really enjoyed that evening. Decorations in the hotel and in the hotel garden was so lovely! Romantic atmosphere...it was amazing. We stayed just for a one week, but we decided to come back in the future and stay for a longer time. Thank you for everything guys!

Little paradise

We enjoyed our stay from the first minute till the very last one. Food has been diverse and of good quality. With the all inclusive rate we had access to four restaurants a la carte, all of which were good. We also really liked the seafood restaurant Felucca (extra charge), excellent quality! The staff were friendly and helpful. They attended to all our requests very quickly. The location of the hotel is great - it has a bay to itself, so it’s protected from the wind. We would definitely like to come back :)

Everything was great. One word of warning for travelers with foreign cards: our swiss bank cards didn’t work with the machines at the hotel, maybe better to pay in cash at check-in. These are not really downsides but our wishes. It would be nice to have teapots for tea (that can be taken to the tables) readily available in the restaurant during breakfast. Otherwise it takes a long time for the waiter to bring one. It would also be good to have some little snacks in all bars.

The food in the main restaurant was good, with a fair amount of options. Would definitely recommend the Egyptian and Indian restaurants. The hotel is clean and customer service is good.

We rented the Jacuzzi suite. It was January and it was windy. They have the rooftop area surrounded by curtains for privacy however they didn't think about how to tie down the curtains so it was done poorly. The curtains were whipping around uncontrollably and constantly reopening. They should of used metal hooks and a proper tie down method for the curtains or come up with a different solution. They also had the roof top covered which didn't make any sense as you want to sunbath in privacy on the roof during the day and star gaze at night while sitting in the hot tub. They were kind enough to remove it upon our request, thank you Mr. Zakaria for taking care of that. Hopefully they will have a better solution for the curtain surround.

Staff were so smiley, friendly, helpful and very professional. Entertainment team were very nice, active specially Aly (the guy from Aswan, Georgina and Tory From England. I liked Aly from Housekeeping Team, Simon and Merna from admin team.

Golf cars should be available anytime without calling shuttle route same as in Sunrise Arabian (Sharm El-Sheikh).

The hotel staff around the pool are not respecting the Muslim religion norms, they didn’t stop the music last Friday during the Azan for Jumaah prayer although my daughter asked them twice to do so

Pool and beach were great. Quite good WiFi. Strong entertainment team. Clean and well kept property. Responsive reception desk (before arrival).

Blunt food at the buffet, every meal the same overcooked dishes. Turn down service in the evening was a call from the reception desk instead of knocking to a door. Staff (bartenders and waiters) sometimes seemed tired and annoyed with the guests (guest facing training might help as they all are good people). Overall very good experience so these are only small flaws.

Very nice place for a relaxing family trip !

We came as a family with our one year old daughter and we found everything easy and convenient. we especially liked the fact that there were several restaurants to chose from and the staff which was absolutely adorable. The heated pool was awesome for our daughter and the room was what we expected. It was a success.

don't mean to be fussy but the toilet was a little bit dirty when we arrived...

One thing could spoil the resort reputation which is the staff of main restaurant are very rude with all nationalities starting by the manager, not helpful or professional at all, I hope if the management could reconsider the same..
